Rot Franciscan Fathers Assessment Plat
ii
Dear Mr. chin:
At the suggestion of the County Clerk's office •
and the Clerk of the Board of Review, the Franciscan
Fathers are having a tax assessment plat prepared for
their property that falls in the southeast 1/4 of
Section 34.
Virtually all of the 1/4 section lies south of
35th Street except for a very small parcel designated.
as *Parcel G3 con the preliminary plat enclosed.
If you feel the assessment plat should be approved
by the Oak Brook Village Board, please furnish me with
the form of certificate that you desire included on the
final draft.
When the sale to Swissco is consummated, Parcel G
would fall within the subdivision, Trinity Lakes Unit III.
Ij
Parcel F is the property that is under contract
with miller Builders; remaining parcels A through E are
and will remain in the Franciscan Fathers corporations
and the parcel lines simply reflect the existing mortgage
lines.
. This plat is not intended to be a subdivision •
plat under the County or Village Ordinances.
