RESOLUTION R-
A RESOLUTION APPROVING THR FINAL PLAT OF WHITEHALL
PARK SUNDIVIcTON
WHEREAS, the Village President and Board of Trustees of
the Village of Oak Brook have previously approved the
preliminary plat for the proposed Whitehall Park Subdivision on
August 24, 1982; and
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission of the Village of Oak Brook
on January 17, 1983 recommended the approval of the final plat
of the proposed Whitehall Park Subdivision subject to certain
conditions; and
WHEREAS, the Village President and Board of Trustees
have considered the recommendation of the Plan Commission and
concur with the same.
NOW, THEREFORE, RE IT RESOLVED BY THE PRESIDENT AND
BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE OF OAK BROOK, DU PAGE AND COOK
COUNTIES, ILLINOIS, as follows:
Section 1 : That the Final Plat of Subdivision of
Whitehall Park prepared by John R. Cook Associates, Ltd. as
revised and dated January 7, 1983 be and is hereby approved
subject to the conditions enumerated in Section 2 of this
Resolution.
Section 2: That the approval of the Final Plat of
Subdivision of Whitehall Park as given in Section 1 hereof be
and is hereby expressly subject to the following conditions,
A. That the requirements of the Subdivision
Regulations for sidewalk and street lights
are waived except that street lights shall
be provided at the intersection of
Whitehall Drive and 35th Street and at the
intersection of Whitehall Drive and Bridge-
way and Ashley Courts.
B. That the subdivider and all other necessary
parties execute a written committment, in
form and substance acceptable to the Village,
to complete all necessary land improvements
for the proposed Subdivision in accordance
with the Subdivision Regulations of the Village
and in accordance with the provisions of this
Resolution. Said agreement shall contain pro-
visions for:
1. Grading
2. Perimeter landscape screening
3. Public bicycle and pedestrian path
4. Storm water detention basin
5. On-site watermain
6. Storm sewer
7. On-site sanitary sewer
8. Street tree planting
9. Street paving
10.Street lighting
11.Relocation of existing overhead utilities
along 35th Street to an underground location
for a minimum distance of 200 feet:
all in accordance with plans and specifications
approved by the Village of Oak Brook.

C. Modification of the Final Plat of Subdivision
I/ to include thereon six (6) foot side yard ease-
ments.
D. Execution by the subdivider and or all other
necessary parties of all accompanying easement
grants, easement vacations and other proposed
documentation as reasonably required by the
Village for the property subdivided pursuant
to this Resolution, said documents to be
. acceptable in form and substance to the Village
of Oak Brook as approved by its Village Attorney.
Section 3: That all the requirements, conditions and
standards of the Subdivision Regulations of the Village of Oak
Brook, except as waived or limited by this Resolution, shall be
applicable to the subdivision and development of said Whitehall
Park Subdivision.
