Dear Dave:
As you knot, the Village Board approved the enclosed Ordinance and
Resolution concerning flood plain relief and the Plat of Subdivision
and Flat of Abrogation at the Village Board Meeting on February:6,
1985. I would sppreciate if you could coordinate efforts with Bruce I.
to submit the remaining documentation required including clarification
'; of the watercourse easement to allow this easement to operate in
the Village's favor for any maintenance work to Salt Creek. Such
u a permanent easement would assume that the Village would not be
involved in matters_such as dredging which would require vast areas
of land. In addition, we would appreciate your further pursuing
the temporary east which I.D.O.T. has requested for the formal
construction project involved in the dredging.
I would also appreciate if you could clarify as necessary any ambiguities
concerning the bicycle path/utility easement. As you know, the Village
Board waived the requirement for parking screening along the property
line of the subject property closest to Salt Creek.
