BUTLER hereby grants to the VILLAGE, its successors and assigns, a eon- exclusive perpetual easement across, over and through the East 20' of the property specified on the attached exhibit "A" as "20' Public Utility & Drainage Easement" as may be reasonably necessary for inepe.eting and maintaining the "FLOODPLAIA EASEMENT" as defined herein. 3.
