RE: Motor Fuel Tax Resolution
• Salt and Energy Expenditures
Calendar Year 1986

RECOMMENDATION: That the President and Board of Trustees approve the attached
resolution in the amount of $93,500.00, which will allow us to
. ,
make expenditures in 1986 from the Motor Fuel Tax fund for
Salt and Energy costs, and to convey the resolution, once
approved, to the Department of Transportation, State of Illinois.
The afore-mentioned resolution is necessary in order to keep our records current with
the State of Illinois, Motor Fuel Tax Division.
For fiscal year 1986 we have budgeted the following from the Motor Fuel Tax Fund:
Salt: $31,000
Energy: $34,000
For the purposes of the State Resolution, I have increased the budgeted figures by 10%,
as a precaution. In the event that we do not spend the amount authorized, the State
will make an adjustment when their 1986 audit is performed.

Village of Oak Brook - Text Amendment and Zoning of Illinois State Toll
Highway Authority and State of Illinois properties -- Referred to the
Plan Commission meeting of July 21, 1986 and the Zoning Board of
Appeals meeting of August 5, 1986.

Residents objected to the allocation of water to developments outside
of the Village while a sprinkling ban is in effect for the residents
and that there be no more zoning for business uses.
Discussion with a resident of Timber Trails on the completion of the
exterior of the Hyatt House parking garage.
Discussion on the landscaping cycle at the York Road and Oak Brook Road
intersection.
Attorney Mertens advised the Board that Vitale Fireworks Company oannot
get insurance coverage in excess of $1 million.
