G-704 - 10/09/1990 - ZONING - Ordinances 110 OorNt 7 i Zito REtoi∎ti1+1Ci/<R-s i_ 550.5 ,sV6 P.A• PACO ;* q- 003 A1/4 ORDINANCE S- 704 SEE ALSO; 5'-'7o5 AN ORDINANCE REZONING PNOPEITY TO ORA-1, OFFICE RESEARCH ASSENBUy DISTRICT • (1550 Spring Road) WHEREAS, an application has been filed requesting the rezoning of property located at 1550 Spring Road from R-1 to ORA-1; and WHEREAS, the Plan Commission on August 20, 1990 recommended approval of , the requested rezoning; and WHEREAS, the Zoning Board of Appeals on September 4, 1990 recommended approval of the rezoning; and WHEREAS, the Village President and Board of Trustees have reviewed the recommendations of the Plan Commission and Zoning Board of Appeals and deem the rezoning of the property to ORA-1, Office Research Assembly District to be consistent with the Comprehensive Plan and is the most appropriate zoning of the property consistent with its highest and best use; and • WHEREAS, all required hearings were held pursuant to due and appropriate legal notice; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE OF OAK BROOK, Dt! PAGE AND COOK COUNTIES, ILLINOIS as follows: Section 1: That the provisions of the preamble hereinabove set forth are hereby adopted as though fully set forth herein. Section 2: That property located at 1550 Spring Road be and is hereby rezoned from R-1, Single-Family Residence District to ORA-1, Office Research Assembly District. Said property is legally described as follows: Lot 6 in Oak Brook Club Subdivison, being a subdivision in the Northwest Quarter of Section 23, Township 39 North, Range 11, East of the Third Principal Meridian, according to the plat thereof recorded February 7, 1973 as Document R73-7036, in DuPage County, '.Llinois. Permanent Parcel No. 06-23-109-003.
