GRANTING SUCH PERKIT WAS ADOPTED_ BY THE PRESIDENT
AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE OF OAkuoox
ON AUGUST 22. 1967

WHEREASs the President and Board of Trustees of the
Village of Oakbrook did on the 22nd day of August,, 1967, adopt
Ordinance No. S-142 granting a special use permit for the
construction and operation of a multi-story hotel to be known
as the "Sheraton-Oak Brook"; and
WHBRBAS it was the Board's opinion that certain
conditions and restrictions should be contained therein which
were in accordance with the permitted plans for such development;
and
WHEREAS, the owner of the promises involved has amended
the plans for the construction of said building and requests that
certain changes in the provisions of such special use permit be
granted; and
WHEREAS, the President and Board of Trustees have re-
quested the cem msnts of the Zoning Board of Appeals of the Village
of Oakbrook with respect to such proposed changes; and
WHEREAS, the Zoning Board of Appeals has recommended
that the Board change the restrictions contained in said ordinance
as proposed by the owner;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the President and
Board of Trustees of the Village of Oakbrook:
Section 1. That Section 2 of said Ordinance Rio. S-1429
passed and approved by the President and Board of Trustees of the
Village of Oakbrook on the 22nd day of August„ 19679 Which contains
said restrictions be and the same is hereby amended, and as amended

Section 2,._ This ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage, approval and publication as by
statute in such cases made and provided.
