O R D I N A N C E
The following appropriation ordinance is only a listing or
statement of expense requirements for the year, and such list,
when properly adopted by the President and the Board of Trustees,
becomes a legal limit beyond which officials cannot legally in-
cur expenses for the current year covered by the ordinance.
APPROPRIATION ORDINANCE
AN ORDINANCE MAKING APPROPRIATION FOR THE CORPORATE
PURPOSES OF THE VILLAGE OF OAKBROOK, DU PAGE COUNTY,
ILLINOIS, FOR THE FISCAL YEAR COMMENCING THE FIRST
DAY OF MAY, 1968, AND ENDING THE THIRTIETH DAY OF
APRIL, 1969
BE IT ORDAINED by the President and Board of Trustees of the
Village of Oakbrook, DuPage County, Illinois :
Section 1. That the following sums , or as much thereof as
may be authorized by law, be and the same are hereby appropriated
for the corporate purposes of the Village of Oakbrook, Illinois,
to defray all necessary expenses and liabilities of said Village
of Oakbrook, Illinois, as hereinafter specified and for the fiscal
year commencing with the first day of May, 1968, and ending the
thirtieth day of April, 1969:

ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby
repealed.
