Sp CC.iA L,(ASE/M#'UI MARKET SHSLL of L_ ORDINANCE S- 698 X.A10 22Jb ST u 1 AN ORDINANCE GRANTING A SPECIAL USE FOR ?%9o-,11 O 414 AN AUTOMOBILE HINI-MARKET 5EE ALSO: &-449 (2210 22ND STREET) WHEREAS, an application has been filed requesting a Special Use Permit for an Automobile Mini-Market as provided in Section VIII(E) of the Zoning Ordinance of the Village of Oak Brook; and WHEREAS, a public hearing on said application has been held by the Plan Commission on January 15, 1990 and its report submitted to the Zoning Board of Appeals and to the President and Board of Trustees; and WHEREAS, a public hearing on said recommendation has been held by the Zoning Board of Appeals of the Village of Oak Brook on February 6, 1990 pursuant to due and appropriate legal notice; and WHEREAS, a recommendation has been made by the Zoning Board of Appeals that the requested Special Use Permit be granted; and WHEREAS, the President and Board of Trustees deem the passage of this ordinance to be in the best interest and in furtherance of the general welfare of the Village of Oak Brook. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE OF OAK BROOK, DU PAGE AND COOK COUNTIES, ILLINOIS as follows: Section 1: That the provisions of the preamble hereinabove set forth are hereby adopted as though fully set forth herein. Section 2: That pursuant to Section VIII(E)(2) of the Zoning Ordinance of the Village of Oak Brook, a Special Use is granted to property located at 1415 22nd Street for use as an automobile mini-market, the legal description of which follows: Lot 2 in Dr. Fay's Division of Lots 22 and 23 in York Township Supervisor's Assessment Plat No. 8 in the Southwest Quarter of Section 22, Township 39 North, Range 11 East of the Third. Principal Meridian, according to the plat thereof recorded November 10, 1951, as Document No. 638977, in DuPage County, Illinois. Permanent Parcel No. 06-22-301-027. Section 3: That the improvements on the subject property described in Section 2 shall be constructed in substantial conformity with the Site Plan prepared by FGM/C, Inc. and dated August 7, 1990, a copy of which is attached hereto, labelled "Exhibit AA" and hereby made a part hereof. d l� Ordinance S- 698 Granting a Special Use For a Mini-Market Page 2 Section 4: That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after passage and approval as provided by law.
