That pursuant to the provisions of the Munici- pal Retailers' Occupation Tax Act a tax is hereby imposed upon all persons engaged in the business of selling tangible personal property at retail rrlthin the corporate limits of the Village of Oakbrook, 'Du Page County, Illinois, at the rate of one-half of one percent of the gross receipts from the sales made in the course of such business while this ordinance is in effect, in accordance with the provisions of the "municipal Re- tailers' Occupation Tax Act," being Section 23-111 of Chapter 24,9 Illinois Revised Statutes 1957. Section 2. Every such person engaged in such business within the corporate limits of the Village of Oakbrook, Du Page County, Illinois, shall file on or before the fifteenth day of each calendar month, the re- Dort to the State Department of Revenue required by Section 3 of "An Act T in Relation, to a Tax Upon Persons Engaged in the Business of Selling Tangible Personal Property to Purchasers for Use or Consumption," approved June 28, 1933, as amended, and shall file a duplicate of such report with the Village Clerk of this Village. Section 3. At the time such report is filed there shall be Raid to the State Department of Revenue the amount of the tax .hereby im- Dosed on account of the receipts from sales of tangible personal property during the precediry month. Section 4.
