3E HELD APRIL 18, A.P. 1961
BE IT ORrAINED by the President and Board of Trustees of the Village
of Oakbrook, Du Page County, Illinois:
3e *ion 1: That in accordance with the statutes of the State of
Illinois the general election for the election of trustees for the Village
of Oakbrook shall be held on the 18th day of April, A. D. 1961.
Section 2: That the offices to be filled at such election shall be
as follows: Trustees (three to be elected) and Trustee (one to be elected) to
fill a two-year unexpired term.
Section 3: That the election district shall consist of one district
which shall include the entire corporate limits of the Village of Oakbrook.
Section 41 That the polling place shall be and is hereby designated
as the Oakbrook Volunteer Fire Department located on the north side of 31st

Street approximately eight hundred feet west of Spring Road within said Village.
Section 5s That the judges of the election shall be five in number
and that the following persons be and they are hereby designated as judges of

election:

Section 6t—that there shall be posted in at least three prominent
places within the Village of Oakbrook a notice of such election, which said
notice shall be posted not more than thirty �3) nor less ';har, fifteen (15)
days in advance of the election.
Section 7: That all o-_rr'i..narces r,r :arts f ordinances in any manner
in conflict herewith are hereby repealed.
Passed and approved by the President and Ho-ird of Trustees of the
V= llage of Oakbrook this 28th day of February:, A. P. 1961.
