THE SALE OF ALCC:.-iCLIC LIQUOR WITHIN THE VILLAGE
( OF OAKBROOK, DU PA-.E COUNTY, ILLINOIS, PASSED
ANP APPROJEP TFE 17th DAY OF JUNE, A. D. 1958,
AS AMENDED
BE IT ORDAINED by the President and Board of Trustees of the
Village of Oakbrook, County of Du Page, State of Illinois, as follows:
Section 1. That Section 10 of an ordinance regulating the sale
of alcoholic liquor within the Village of Oakbrook, Du Page County,
Illinois, be and the same is hereby amended, and as amended, shall
read as follows:
"Section 10. Number of Licenses. Until otherwise altered
or changed by ordinance or resolution of the Board of Trustees
of the Village of Oakbrook, the number of Class 'A' licenses
issued within the Village of Oakbrook shall be limited to
{ seven (7) and the number of Class 'B' licenses shall not be
limited."
Section 2. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in full
force from and after its passage and publication as by statute in such
case made and provided.
Passed and approved by the President and Board of Trustees or the
Village of Oakbrook this day of April, A. D. 1961.
