A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE FINAL PLAT
HOMEYER HOODS SIIBDIVISION
WHEREAS, the Plan Comoaission of the Village of Oak Brook on May 16, 1988
recomittended approval of the proposed Homeyer Hoods Subdivision; and
WHEREAS, the Village President and Board of Trustees considered the
recommendation of the Plan Corrmission and concur with the same subject to
certa.in.conditions;
NOVA, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE PRESIDENT AND HOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE VILLAGE OF OAK BROOK, DU PAGE AND COOK COUNTIES, ILLINOIS as follows:
Section 1: That the Final Plat of Subdivision entitled Homeyer Woods
Subdivision prepared by Land Surveying Consultants of Illinois P.D. dated May
31, 1988, as last revised be and is hereby approved subject to the conditions
enumerated in Section 2 of this Resolution.
section 2: That the approval of Homeyer Woods Subdivision is given in
Section 1 herein expressly subject to the condition:
that the requirements of the Subdivision Regulations for the
construction of land improvements are waived except those regarding
the provision of public water and sewer to the subject properties.
Section 3: That all the requirements, conditions and standards of
the Subdivision Regulations of the Village of Oak Brook, except as
waived or limited by this Resolution, shall be applicable to the
subdivision and development of said Homeyer Woods Subdivision.

The Village Board, at its Regular Meeting of July 12, 1988, passed and approved the
following ordinance and resolution relative to the above mentioned applications,
copies of which are enclosed Por your records:
Ordinance No. 5-644 - AN ORDINkNCE GRANTING VARIATIONS FROM THE PROVISIONS OF
SECTIONS VII(C)(3) AND VII(C)(4) Of THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF
THE VILLAGE OF OAK BROOK RELATIVE TO LOT AREA AND WIDTH
(TOOT 14 d 15 HUNT CLUB), and
Resolution No. R-454 - A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE FINAL PLAR-HOmEYER WOODS
SUBDIVISION.
Please work with Village Engineer Durfey to finalize all required engineering
documents and with Village Attorney Brechin to finalize all required legal
documents as required an part of the finalization of the subdivision requirements.

The Village Board at its meeting of January 24, 1989, granted an exten-
sion,until July 12, 1989 in order to allow you to either finalize all
necessary engineering and other documents, or in the alternative, to
file for a revised resubdivision or rezoning concerning various
properties in the area.
As of this date, neither of the above actions have taken place, and
therefore I raust advise you that as of this date, the previously approved
Homeyer Woods Final Plat of subdivision is presently null and void.
In order to either reinstate the 'tillage's previous approval of this
subdivision plat or an alternate subdivision of different properties,
it will be necessary for you to file a new application for the particular
subdivision and/or zoning relief you desire. This application will then
be referred to the Plan Commission and/or Zoning Board of Appeals with
final review by the Village Board subsequent to those hearings.
