WHEREAS, DR. RAYMOND WHITE, has faithfully served the Village of Oak
Brook in his capacity as a member of the Zoning Board of Appals from January, 1989
through June, 1990; and
WI.EREAS, the said DR. RAYMOND WHITE, has also served the greater Oak
Brook community in other ways, such as through long membership and leadership in
various orthodontists associations; and
WHEREAS, during the performance of said service and activity, DA. RAYMOND
WHITE has given unselfishly of his time and effort, contributing thereby to the
progress and well-being of the said Village and its citizens; and
WHEREAS► the President and Board of 'trustees are of the opinion that a
record of such service should be made and spread upon the records of said Village;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the President and Board of Trustees of
the Village of Oak Brook that the said DR. RAYMOND WlMI'fIG be and he hereby is
commended for his service to the Village of Oak Brook, and the citizens thereof, as
a member of the Zoning Board of Appeals as aforesaid.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the President and Board of Trustees of the
Village of Oak Brook, for and on behalf of said Village and its citizens, do hereby

extend their appreciation and gratitude to the said DR. RAYMOND WRITS for his
public service as aforedescribed.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that a duly certified copy of this Resolution be
delivered to the said DR. RATMiM WHITS and that this Resolution be spread upon the
official permanent records of said Village.
PASSED AND APPROVED by the President an! Board of Trustees of the Village
of Oak Brook, DuPage and Cook Counties. Illinois, this 24th day of July, 1990.

Cerne in the Samuel E. Dean Board Room of the Village Commons at T:32 P.M.

July 10, 1990 be approved as amended and waive reading of same.

That the Minutes of the Regular Meeting of July 10, 1990 be approved as
presented and waive the full reading thereof.

A. RBSOLUTION N0. -11 ION OF APPRECIATION - DR. RAYMOND ITB:
President Corns read in its entirety a proposed Resolution commanding
Dr. Raymond White for his service to the Village as a member of the
Zoning Board of Appeals from January 1989 through June 1990.

To pass Resolution Nc.R-449 as presented.

Discussed at the Regular Meeting of July 10, 1990 to direct the Village
Attorney to pregare the necessary resolution relating to the Final Plat
with the direct lot access to Adams Road, subject to waiver of any
requirement of installing land improvements and addition of a public
utility easement subject to the Village Attorney's approval.

To pass Resolution No. R-500 as amended and waive the full reading
