R-500 - 07/24/1990 - FINAL PLAT - Resolutions Q �INAL Pte'" 1190 RESOLUTION R-AQ A RS90LMOR APPROVING THE FINAL PLAT K1i0m AS If MM WOODS SUBDIVISION BE IT RESOLVED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE OF OAK BROOK, DU PAGE AND COOK COUNTIES, ILLINOIS as follows: Section 1: That the Final Plat entitled "Wegner Woods Subdivision" dated as revised July 18, 1990, which shows Lot 1 to contain 2.718 acres and front on Adams Road, be and is hereby approved subject to the conditions enumerated in Section 2 of this Resolution. Section 2: That the approval of the Final Plat of Wegner Woods Subdivision as given in Section 1 hereof be and is hereby expressly subject to all requirements for land improvements being waived for purposes of this subdivision provided, however, that land improvements may be required for any future subdivision or resubdivision of the subject properties. i Section 3: That all the other requirements, conditions and standards of the Subdivision Regulations of the Village of Oak Brook, except as waived or i limited by this Resolution, shall be applicable to the subdivision and development of said Wegner Woods Subdivision. R-500 A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE FINAL PLAT KNOWN AS WEGWEB WOODS SUBDiVISItN1• Discussed at the Regular Meeting of July 10, 1990 to direct the Village Attorney to prepare the necessary resolution relating to the Final Plat with the direct lot access to Adams Road, subject to waiver of any requirement of installing land improvements and addition of a public utility easement subject to the Village Attorney's approval.
