BE IT RESOLVED By THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE OF
OAK BROOK, DU PAGE AND COOK COUNTIES, ILLINOIS as follows:
Section 1: That the Final Plat entitled "Brush Hill Acres Subdivision"
prepared by Area Survey Company, dated Nay 15, 1990, be and is hereby approved
subject to the conditions enumerated in Section 2 of this Resolution.
Section 2: That all the requirements, conditions and standards of the
Subdivision Regulations of the Village of Oak Brook, except as waived or
limited by this Resolution, shall be applicable to the subdivision and
development of said Brush Hill Acres Subdivision.
PASSED AND APPROVED this 14th day of August 1990 by the
President and Board of Trustees of the Village of Oak Brook, DuPage and Cook
Counties, Illinois according to a roll call vote as follows:
Ayes: Trustees Bartecki, Maher, Payovich, Rush and President Cerne
Nays: None
Absent: Trustees Bushy and Winters
Abstain: None
