Sectlaa 1 That sub-paragraph E-6 of Section Xl--ADMINI-
ST3A21ON of the Oakbrook Zoning Ordinance, passed and approved by
the President and Board of Trustees of the Village. of Oakbrook on
the 17th day of November, 19590 be and the same Is hereby repealed.
Section 2, That sub-paragraph E-1 of Section XI--ADMINI-
STAiATION of the Oakbrook Zoning Ordinance, passed and approved by
the President and Board of Trustees of the Village of Oakbrook on
the 17th day of November, 1959, be and the came In hereby amended,
and as amended shall read as follows:
"1. Authority
In cases where there are practical difficul-
ties or particular hardships In the way of carry-
ing out the strict letter of any of the regula-
tions adopted by this ordinance, the Zoning Board
of ;,ppeals may determine and vary the application
of such regulations In harmony with their general
purpoje and Intent where the Zoning Board of
Appeals shall have made a finding of fact based
upon the standards hereinafter prescribed that
there nre practical difficulties or particular
hardships In the way of carrying out the strict
letter of the regulations of this ordinance
provided that no variatione
