AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING ORDINANCE
OF THE VILLAGE OF OAKBROOK, DU PAGE COUNTY,
ILLINOIS, BY RECLASSIFYING CERTAIN PROPERTY

WHEREASy the owner of the property mor* particularly
hereinafter described has petitioned the corporate authorities of
the Village of Oakbrook to rezone said property from R-1, Single
Family Residence District, to R-1/2, Single Family Residence
District; and
WHEREAS, a public hearing pursuant to said request has
been held by the Zoning Board of Appeals of the Village of Oakbrook
after receiving the recommendation of the Planning Commission of
said Village; and
WHEREAS, the Zoning Board of Appeals of the Village of
Oakbrook has recommended that said petition be granted; and
WHEREAS, the President and Board of Trustees of tbO
Village of Oakbrook concur With said recommendation and are of
the opinion that said petition should be granted and that said
property should be rezoned accordingly;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the President and Board
of Trustees of the Village of Oakbrook:

line of said Section 23, 77.8 feet north of the northeast
