D. 1958, AS &ZNDED BE IT ORDAINED by the President and Board of Trustees of the Village of Oakbrook, County of ;)uPage, State of Illinois, as follows; Section Is That Section lU of an ordinance regulating the sale of alcoholic liquor within the Village of Oakbrook, DuPage County, Illinois, be and the same is hereby amended, and as amended, shall read as follows: "Section'0, Number of Lic en__nses$ Until otherwise alters o anged by ordinance or resolution of the Board of Trustees of the Village of Oakbrook, the number of Class 'A' licenses issued within the Village of Oakbrook shall be limited to twelve (12) and the number of Class IB' licenses shall not be limited." Section 2, That this ordinance shall take -effect and he in full force from and after its passage and publication as by statute in such case made and provided.
