WITHIN s Ill VILLAGE
WI."REAS, the owner of the property more particularly
hereinafter described has petitioned the corporate authorities
of the Village of Oakbrook to rezone said property from hl Single.-
Family Detached Residence District to-f ' a` nb}sct; and
WHEREAS, a public hearing pursuant to said request has
been held by the Zoning Board of Appeals of the. Village of Oak-
brook after receiving the recommendation of the Planning Commission
of said Village; and
WHEREA,S, the Zoning Board of Appeals of the Village of
Oakbrook has recommended that said petition be granted; and
WHEREAS, the President and Board of Trustees of the
Village of Oakbrook concur with said recommendation and are of
the opinion that said petition should be granted and that said
property should be rezoned accordingly;
NO140 THEREFORLO BE IT ORDAINED by the President and
Board of Trustees of the Village of Oakbrook.
Section-J. That the following described property, to-
wit:
PARCEL A:
That part of the west half of the north west quarter of
Section 35, 'township 39 North, Range ll, East of the
Third Principal Meridian, lying west of the east line
of the public highway now known as Route No. 83 as per
dedication dated March 10, 1931, and recorded April 15,
1531, as Document 3111439 in DuPage County, Illinois.
PARCEL B
All of the north east fractional quarter (north and south
of the Indian boundary Line) of Section 340 Township 39
North, Range 11, East of the Third Principal Meridian.
PARCEL C
The east fractional half of the northwest fractional
quarter of said Section 34 (north and south of the
Indian Boundary Line).

of the South line of the road known as 35th Street
(except that part, if any, in the west 1/4 of said
section).
PARCEL E:
That part of the west half of the southwest quarter of
Section 35 lying north of the south line of the road

public highway now known as Route No. €33 as per dedica-
tion dated starch 10, 1931, and recorded April 15, 1931,
as Document 311143, in DuPage County, Illinois.
PARCEL F:
That part of the east half of the southwest quarter of
Section 27 lying in the right of way of the road known
as 31st Street,
PARCEL G:
That part of the Southeast quarter of Section 27 lying
in the right of way of the road known as 31st Street.
PARCEL 1!:
That part of the west half of the southwest quarter of
Section 26 lying south of the north line of the road
known as 31st Street and west of the east line of the
public highway now known as Route 83 as per dedication
dated March 10, 19319 and recorded April 15, 1931, as
Document 311143, in DuPage County, Illinois.
Each of said parcels being located in Township 39 north,
Range 11, East of the Third Principal Meridian in DuPage
county, Illinois.
Said tract of land containing 300 acres, more or less,
being more commonly known as the territory bounded on
the north by the north line of the road known as 31st
Street, and on the east by the east line of the public
highway known as Route! No. 83, on the south by the south
line of the road known as 35th Street, on the west by
the center line of the road known as Midwest Road in
York Township, DuPage County, Illinois,
be and the same is hereby reclassified and rezoned from R1 Single-
Institutional TAM
Family Detached Re.side.nce District to -fit r1- District.
:section That this ordinance shall be in full force
and effect from and after its passage and approval as by statuts
in such cases made and provided.
Section 3. That the official zoning map of the Village
of Oakbrook be changed to comply with the provisions of this
