G AN ORDINANCE GRANTING
p A VARIATION TO THE RULES AND - -
REGULATIONS OF "THE OAK BROOK y
_ ZONING ORDINANCE OF 1966" :

Whereas, the owner of the property more particularly herein-
after described has petitioned the corporate authorities of the
Village of Oak Brook for a variation to the rules and regulations
of "The Zoning Ordinance of �the Village of Oak Brook, Illinois ,
of 1966" , as amended, with respect to front yard setback in an
p' ORA-1 zoning district; and
Whereas, a public hearing pursuant to said request has been
held by the Zoning Board of Appeals of the Village of Oak Brook;
and
Whereas, the said Zoning Board of Appeals has recommended
that the variation be granted; and
Whereas, the President and Board of Trustees of the Village
of Oak Brook concur with said recommendation and are of the opinion
that a variation should be granted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the President and Board of
Trustees of the Village of Oak Brook, DuPage County, Illinois, as _ '
follows:
Section 1. That the applicable rules and regulations of "The
Zoning Ordinance of the Village of Oak Brook•, Illinois, of 1966",
as amended, contained in Section X, B, ` 5, a) , are hereby varied
permitting a front yard of 40 feet in depth rather than 100 feet
in depth.
Section 2. The real estate effected hereby is legally described
as, to-wit:
Lot 10 in Central Industrial Plaza Subdivision
commonly known as the northeast corner of the cul-de-sac at the
north end of Enterprise Drive in the Village of Oak Brook, Illinois.
Section 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect i
from and after its passage and approval. as by statute in such case
made and provided.
PASSED and APPROVED by the President and Board of Trustees of
the Village of Oak Brook, DuPage County, Illinois, this 25th
