AG RE' E' MENT
THIS AGREEMENT made and entered into this - day of
1971, by and between ALVIN W. DE JONG
and the VILLAGE OF OAK BROOK, ,DuPage County, Illinois.
For and in consideration of the mutual promises made herein,
IT IS HEREBY AGREED by and between the parties as follows:
1. That the Village of Oak Brook shall adopt an ordinance
conditioned upon the promises made herein granting a variation
to the property legally described hereinafter as Parcel 1 to
permit the construction thereon of a stable within .d7 feet
from the westerly property line of the property described herein.
2. It is hereby agreed by the owners of said realty, and
they hereby bind their successors and assigns , that in the event
the property described hereinafter as Parcel 2 is ever sought to
be built upon that the owners of the subject property shall im-
mediately remove said stable or cause its replacement to be in
full compliance with the ordinances of the Village of Oak Brook.
3. It is further agreed that in the event the owners of the
subject property decide to sell said realty the stable will be
removed prior to the sale thereof in order that said structure
will not become a non.-conforming structure on the realty sold.
4. In the event the owners of the property described here-
inafter as Parcel 2 shall at any time in the future object in
writing to the corporate authorities of the Village, ;the owners
of Parcel 1 shall remove or relocate said stable to be in .full
compliance with the ordinances of said Village.
5 . That the subject property for which this conditional
variation is granted is legally described as follows:
Lot 1 DeJong' s Assessment Plat of Lot 220 in York
Woods Unit' No. 2, ,a Subdivision situated in part
of the Southeast Quarter of Section: 25 , Township
39 North, ,Range 11, East of the Third Principal
Meridian, recorded January 13 , 1964, .as Document
R-64-1126 and also the North: 201.67 feet of the
East 216.0 feet of the South Half of the South
Half of the West Half of the Southeast Quarter
of Section 25 , Township 39 North, Range 11, East

of the Third Principal Meridian, in DuPage County,
Illinois. (PARCEL 1)
6. That the legal description of the property which if
constructed upon will cause the owners -of the subject property to
remove or relocate the stable, is legally described as follows:
The West 170 feet of the East 386 feet of the South
Half of the South Half of the West Half of the South--
east Quarter of Section 25, Township 39 North, Range
11, East of the Third Principal Meridian, in DuPage
County, Illinois. (PARCEL: 2)
