AN ORDINANCE AMENDING
ORDINANCE NO. S-218 ADDING
ADDITIONAL DEPOSITORIES
Whereas , it has been the practice of the Village of Oak Brook
to utilize depositories within the immediate area of the Village
of Oak Brook for Village funds ; and
Whereas , there has been formed a new bank within the corporate
limits of the Village of Oak Brook;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the President and Board of
Trustees of the Village of Oak Brook, Illinois , as follows :
Section 1 . Ordinance No . S-218 , entitled "An Ordinance Designat-
ing Certain Depositories For Municipal Funds of the Village of Oak
Brook, DuPage County, Illinois" , is hereby amended to add to the list
of approved depositories of the Village of Oak Brook the following
bank:
First Security Bank of Oak Brook.
Section 2 . This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage and approval as by statute in such case
made and provided.
PASSED AND APPROVED by the President and Board of Trustees of
