THE LIQUOR CONTROL ORDINANCE O9 THE VILLAGE
OF OAK BROOK, TO INCREASE THE NUMMR OY
ALLOWABLE CLASS "A" LICENSES WITHIN THE
VILLAGE Or OAK BROOK
BE IT ORDAINED by the President and Beard of Trustees of the
Village of Oak Brook, DuPage County, Illinois, as follows;
Section 1. Section 10 of Ordinance No. 5-7, being "An
Ordinance ResUMAting the Sale of Alcoholic LiT= Within the
Village of Oak Brook, DuPage County, Illinois , as amended, be,
and the same is hereby, further amended to read as follovez
`Section 10. Number of Licenses: Until other-
wise altaied or hanged by ordinance or resolution
of the Hoard of Trustees of the Village of Oak Brook,
the number of "Claws A" licenses issued within the
Villages of Oak Brook shall be limited to nineteen (19)
and the number of "Class B" licenses shall not be
limited."
Section 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage and approval as by statute in such case
made and provided.
