AN ORDINANCE GRANTING A VARIATION TO o�•ac�I�o-elf•
THE RULES AND REGULATIONS OF "THE
ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE VILLAGE OF )913
OAK BROOK, ILLINOIS, OF 1966", AS AMENDED
Whereas, the owner of the property more partir;ularly here-
inafter described has petitioned the corporate authorities of the
Village of Oak Brook for a variation to the rules and regulations
of "The Zoning Ordinance of the Village of Oak Brook, Illinois, of
1966", as amended, with respect to height requirements; and
Whereas, a .- hlic hearing pursuant to said request has been
held by the Zoning Bo ,-' )f Appeals of the Village of Oak Brook;
and
Whereas, the President and Board of Trustees of the Village
of Oak Brook have reviewed the proceedings and are of the opinion
that a variation should be granted:
NOW, PHEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the President and Board
of Trustees of the Village of Oak Brook, DuPage County, Illinois,
as follows:
Section '1. That the applicable rules and regulations of
"The Zoning---Ur z.nance of the Village of Oak Brook, Illinois, of
1966", as amended, contained in Section V, K, are hereby varied to permit
installation of four- twen,:y foot whip antennas to be attached to the
roof of the penthouse, said antennas not to exceed 20 feet above the
maximum height allowed under the existing ordinance.
Section 2. The real estate effected hereby is legally
described as,to-wit:
That part of 'Lot 6 in Oak Brook Investment Company
Assessment Plat No. 4, of part of the NW 1/4 of Section
26, Township 39 North, Range 11, East of the Third
Principal Meridian, according.to plat thereof recorded
July 8, 1964, as Document No. R64-24072, in DuPage County,
Illinois described as follows; Commencing at the Northeast
cornar of said NW :/4 of Section 26, thence southerly
along the half section line a distance of 7.78 feet to
the South right-of-way line of 22nd Street (before
widening) : Thence South 89 037138" West along said South
Right-of-way line of 22nd street (before widening) , a
distance of 77.17 feet; Thence South 0 035148" East a
distance of 25.0 feet to a point on the South right-of-
'way line of 22nd Street (as widened by Document No.
R61-34112) ; thence South 89 037'38" West along said South
right-of-way line of 22nd Street (as widened) a distance
of 494.03 feet to the place of beginning; thence con-
tinuing South 89 037138" West along last described line
a distance of 65.37 feet to the Westerly limit of said
widening by Document No. R61-34112: Thence North 0 022122"
West along said Westerly limit of said widening a
distance of 25.0 feet to a point on the South right-of-
way line of said South right-of-way line of 22nd Street
(before widening) , a distance of 207.48 foot; Thence
South 00 22122" East, a distance of 274.50 feet; Thence
North 89 037138" East, a distanoe of 272.85 feet; Thence
North 0 022122" West a distance of 249.50 feet to the
place of beginning, containing 1.682 acres.
The common location of the property being 1211 West 22nd Street,
Oak Brook, Illinoin.

Section 3. This Ordinance shall be in full force and
effent from a"nafFter its passage and approval as by statute in
