Section 1 . Ordinance No. S-7, Section 7, is herebyl_lo.,.s ,
read as follows -
No license shall be granted to any applicant until suc�tO
anplicant shall furnish evidence satisfactory to the
liquor control. colamissioner that such applicant is covert
by a policy of dram shop insurance by a responsible
insurance company authorized and licenses to do business
in the state of Illinois insuring such applicant against
liability for anv iniury or death which such anplicant
may incur under the provisions of Chapter 43 of 'the
Illinois Revised Statutes (1957 Edition) in the amount of
One Hundred Thousand ($100 ,001 .00) nollars to Three Hundred
Thousand ($300 ,000 .00) Dollars for bodily injury and death;
Ten Thousand ($10 ,000 .00) for vronerty damage liability; and
Ten Thousand ($10 ,000 .00) Dollars for loss of means of support.
This Section shall not be applicable to those licenses where
.. the sale of liquor does not include any on site consumption
and is strictly packacza liquor sales only.
This Ordinance shall be in full_ force and affect from and after
its passage, approval and publication as provided by law.
