OF THE VILLAGE OF OAK BROOK, AS AMENDED, FOR
THE PROPERTY COMMONLY KNOWN AS 1201 35TH
STREET, OAK BROOK, ILLINOIS

BE IT ORDAINED by the President and Board of Trustees
of the Village of Oak Brook, DuPage County, Illinois, as follows:
Section 1 : That the President and Board of Trustees
have received the recommendation of the Zoning Board of Appeals
of the V illage of Oak Brook, that a petition for variation be
granted pursuant to a Public Hearing held before the Zoning
Board of Appeals on February 4, 1975 .
Section 2: That the property for which the variation is
recommended is commonly known as 1201 35th Street, Oak Brook,
Illinois, and is legally described in Exhibit A attached hereto.
Section 3: That the President and Board of Trustees
hereby adopt the findings of fact of the Zoning Board of
Appeals that granting the requested variation will not alter
the essential character of the locality and will alleviate
the particular hardship set forth in petitioner 's letter of
January 3, 1975 attached to the Petition for Variation.
Section 4: That the Petition for Variation in Section
V, B, 1, to permit construction of a three-car garage in
accord with the plans submitted to the Zoning Board of Appeals
at the Public Hearing held February 4, 1975, and in Section XII,
B, 8, c, to permit continuance of a non-conforming use, is
hereby granted for the property described in Exhibit A attached
hereto. Three-car garage is to be for the use of the residents only.

EXHIBIT A
Part of the Northeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter
of Section 35, Township 39 North, Range 11, East of the
Third Principal Meridian, described as follows: Commencing
at the Northeast corner of the Northeast Quarter of the
Southwest Quarter of Section 35 aforesaid; thence West
along the North line thereof, 450 feet; thence South along
a line parallel to the East line of the Northeast Quarter
of the Southwest Quarter of Section 35 aforesaid, 500
feet; thence East along a line parallel with the N>rth
line of said Northeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter
to the East line thereof; thence North along the East
line of the Northeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter
of Section 35 aforesaid, to the place of beginning.
