AN ORDINANCE Aunio izim mE SALE OF CERTAIN PERSONAL PROPERTY.
WHEREAS, three quarters of the corporate authorities of the
Village of oak Brook presently holding office have determined that it is no
longer necessary or useful or in tw best interest of the Village of Oak
Brook to retain the ownership of certain properties described in Exhibit A;
and,
WHEREAS pursuant to Chapter 24 Section II 76-4 of the Illinois
revised statutes it provides that the corporate authorities can dispense with
advertising for the sale of such personal property.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED by the President and Board of
Trustees of the Village of Oak Brook as follows:
SECTION 1: The Village Manager is hereby directed to sell the equipment
described in Exhibit A now arced by the Village of Oak Brook said sale to be
conducted by solicitation of bids for the sale of said property from such
part! s, persons, corporations, governmental bodies and individuals as he
may determine to be interested in the acquisition of said property.
SECTION 2. 'ibis Ordinance shall be in full force and effect after its
passage and approval as provided by law.

Village of Oak Brook, DuPage and Cook Counties, Illinois this day of
September, 1976.
