S- 464 AN ORDINANCE GRANTING A VARIATION FROM THE PROVISIONS 017 SECTIOiN ( 1) (b) (3) OF APPENDIX 11 OF THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE VILLAGE OF OAK BROOK, ORDINANCE G-60 , AS AMENDED, RELATIVE TO NONRESIDENTIAL ACCESS DRIVEWAY WIDTH REQUIREMENTS (711 Jorie Boulevard) WHEREAS, an application has been filed requesting a varia- tion from the provisions of Section (1) (b) (3) of Appendix II of the Oak Brook Zoning Ordinance, Ordinance. G-60 , as amended ; and WHEREAS, a public hearing on such application has been con- ducted by the Zoning Board of Appeals of the Village on December 2 , 1980 pursuant to due and appropriate legal notice ; and WHEREAS, a recommendation has been made by the said Zoning Board of Appeals that the variation requested be granted; and WHEREAS, the said Zoning Board of Appeals made explicit findings that the variation requested meets the applicable standards set forth in Section XIII (G) (4) of the said Oak Brook Zoning Ordinance ; and WHEREAS, the President and Board of Trustees of the Village of Oak Brook concur with the recommendation and findings -made by the said Zoning Board of Appeals ; NOW, THEREFORE , BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE OF OAK BROOK, DU PAGE AND COOK COUNTIES, ILLINOIS as follows : Section 1 : That . the provisions of the preamble hereinabove set forth are hereby adopted as though fully set forth herein. Section 2 : That a variation is hereby granted from the provisions of Section ( 1) (b) (3) of Appendix I1 of the Zoning Ordinance of the Village of Oak Brook so as to allow the reconstruction of an existing 30 foot wide driveway as a 36 foot wide two-way driveway on the property commonly known as 711, Jorie Boulevard, Oak Brook, Illinois , which property is legally described in Section 3 hereof. Section 3: That this Ordinance is limited and restricted to the property located at 711 Jorie Boulevard, Oak Brook, Illinois , which property is legally described as follows : Lot 1 in 711 Jorie Boulevard Subdivision, being a sub- division of part of the Northeast Quarter of Section 26 and part of the Northwest Quarter of Section 25 , all in Township 39 North, Range 11 , East of the Third Principal. Meridian, according to the plat thereof re- corded November 14 , 1978 as Document #R78- 109620 in DuPage County , Illinois . Permenant Parcel Number: 06- 25- 101-001 Section 4 : That the variation granted herein pursuant to the provisions of this Ordinance is specifically subject to the con d tion that the reconstructed driveway consis-t of three. (3) nonre- versible traffic lanes consisting of two (2) exit lanes and one (1) entrance lane , and further provided that the detailed plans and specifications for said reconstruction be subject to the approval of the Village Engineer.
