AN ORDINANCE GRANTTNG A VARIA'T'ION FROM THE PROVISIONS OF SECTION
VIT (D) (4 ) OF THE ZONINC. ORDINANCE OF Till-, VILLAGE 01 OAK 'BROOK,
ORDINANCE G-60 , AS AMENDED, RELATIVE I_0_ L. _F WIDTH -RE-Q�U_TREM NTS

WHEREAS, an application has been filed requesting a
variation from the provisions of Section VII (D) (4) of the Oak Brook
Zoning Ordinance , Ordinance G-60 , as amended ; and
WHEREAS, a public hearing on such application has been
conducted by the Zoning Board of Appeals of the Village on July 1 ,
1980 , August 5 , 1980, September 2 , 1980 and October 7 , 1980 pursuant
to clue and appropriate legal notice ; and
WHEREAS, the Zoning Board of Appeals has recommended
that the variation requested not be granted; and
WHEREAS, the corporate authorities of the said Village
have duly considered the recommendation of the Zoning Board of Ap-
peals ; and
WHEREAS , at least two- thirds (2/3) of the trustees of
said Village deem the granting of the variation requested to be ap-
propriate;
NOW, THEREFORE, - BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND
BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE OF OAK BROOK, DU PAGE AND COOK
COUNTIES , ILLINOIS as follows
Section 1 : That the provisions of the preamble herein-
above set forth are hereby adopted as though fully set forth herein .
Section 2 : That a variation is hereby granted from the
provisions of Section VII (D) (4) of the Zoning Ordinance so as to
allow the creation of lot with a lot width of less than ISO feet
provided that the said lot conforms with a certain Plat of Subdivision
entitled "Twarog ' s Resubdivision" , specifically lot l thereof, pro-
viding for a front .lot width of 108 feet and a rear lot width of
94 feet .
Section 3 : That this Ordinance is limited and re-
stricted to property located at 2800 Oak Brook Drive, Oak Brook,
Illinois which property is legally described as:
"Lot 2 in Rossman' s Resubdivision of Lot 3
and the North 47 feet of Lot 2 in DeWitt 's
Assessment Plat of the South 12 acres of
the East 462 feet of the East half of the
Southwest Quarter of Section 28 , Township
39 North , Range 11 , East of the Third Princi-
pal Meridian in DuPage County, Illinois . "

Said property may also be desciibed as "Lot 1 in
Twarog ' s Resubdivision", according to the plat thereof
approved by the President and Board of Trustees of the Village of
Oak Brook on January 27 , 1981 .
Section 4 : That this Ordinance shall be in full force
and effect from and after its passage and approv-al pursuant to law.
