S-585 - 05/27/1986 - VARIATION - Ordinances ORDINANCE NO. S- 585 AN ORDINANCE GRANTING A VARIATION FROM THE PROVISIONS OF THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE VILLAGE OF OAK BROOK RELATIVE TO DIMENSIONS OF PARKING SPACES AND AISLES (2021 Swift Drive) WHEREAS, an application has been filed requesting a variation for the property located at 2021 Swift Drive, Oak Brook, Illinois, relative to the minimum dimensions for parking spaces; and WHEREAS, the Zoning Board of Appeals pursuant to due and appropriate legal notice conducted a public hearing on May 6, 1986 and has recommended the granting of the requested variations; and - WHEREAS, the Zoning Board of-Appeals made explicit findings of fact in its report dated May 8, 1986 that the variation requested meets the applicable standards set forth in Section XIII(G)(4) of the said Oak Brook Zoning Ordinance; and WHEREAS, the President and Board of Trustees of the Village concur with the recommendations and findings made by the Zoning Board of Appeals; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE OF OAK BROOK, DU PAGE AND COOK COUNTIES, ILLINOIS as follows: Section 1: That the provisions of the preamble hereinabove set forth are hereby adopted as though fully set forth herein. Section 2: That a variation is hereby granted from the provisions of Section XI (E)(3) of the Zoning Ordinance of the Village of Oak Brook so as to permit all required parking dimensions to meet those required for "office uses", provided that said parking spaces are constructed in substantial conformity with the Site Plan by Patrict F. Daly and Associates, Ltd., as last revised March 11, 1986, a copy of which Site Plan is attached hereto as Exhibit A and incorporated herein by reference. Section 3: That this Ordinance is limited and restricted to the property commonly known as 2021 Swift Drive, Oak Brook, Illinois, which property is legally described as follows: Lot 1 in Staley-Anker Subdivision of the Upjohn Company Assessment Plat, the Upjohn Company Assessment Plat No. 2 and the Anker Corporation Assessment Plat, all situated in the Southeast Quarter of Section 24, Township 39 North, Range 11 East of-the Third Principal Meridian according the said Staley-Anker Subdivision recorded January 13, 1971 as Document R71-1399, in DuPage -County, Illinois. ` Permanent Parcel No. 06-24-402-028 Section 4: That this Ordinance shall be. in full force and effect from and after its passage and approval pursuant to law.
