ORDINANCE NO.
AN ORDINANCE GRANTING VARIATIONS FROM THE PROVISIONS OF
SECTIONS VII(C)(3) AND VII(C)(4) OV THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE VILLAGE OF
OAK BROOK RELATIVE TO LOT AREA AND WIDTH
(LOT 14 & 15 HUNT CLUB)
*HUMS, an application has been filed requesting variations from the
provisions of Sections VII(C)(3) and VII(C)(4) of the Zoning Ordinance of the
Village of oak Brook regarding lot area and lot width to allow for the
creation of two lots pursuant t; subdivision; and
WHEREAS, a public hearing on such application has been conducted by the
Zoning Board of kopeals of the Village of Oak Brook on June 7, 1988 pursuant
to due and appropy_tate legal notice; and
WHEPSAs, a recommendation has been made by said Zoning Board of Appeals
that the variations requested be granted; and
WHEREAS, the Village President and Board of Trustees concur with the
recommendation made by the Zoning Board of Appeals;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE VILLAGE OF OAK BROOK, DU PAGE AND COOK COUNTTv", •ILLINOIS as follows:
Section 1: That the provisions of the preamble' hereinabove set forth are
hereby adopted as though fully set forth herein.
Section 2: That the lot area variation is hereby granted from the
provisions of Section VII(C)(3) to permit the creation of a lot having 1.785
acres instead of the required 2 acres, which variation shall apply only to Lot
1 of said Homeyer Woods Subdivision.
Section 3: That the lot width variation is hereby granted from the
provisions of Section VII(C)(4) to permit reduction of the regOxed lot width
on only Lot 2 of said Homeyer. Woods :,tbdivision from the required 220 feet to
179.13 feet.
Section 4: That this Ordinance is limited and restricted to property
described as follows:
Parcel. 1: Lot 15 of oak Brook Estates and that part of Vacated County
Line Road East and adjacent, to said Lot 15 and Westerly of the Illinois
Toll Road (i-294), in the Village of Oak Brook, DuPage County, Illinois.
Parcel 2: Lot 14 of Oak Brook Estates and that Part of Vacated County
Line Road Lying Fast of and Adjacent to Said Lot 14 According to the Plat
Recorded oft Page P of Plats Exuepting Therefrom " tat Part of Deed to the
lllinois Toll Highway Lying Northerly of and Adjacent to 31st Street in
the villago of Oak Brook, DuPage County, Illinois.
