S- 650 R'd�—l0`! q7l AN ORDINANCE GRANTING A VARIATION FRJN THE PROVISIONS OF SECTION V(G)(3)(d) OF THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF TEE VILLAGE OF OAK BROOK, ORDINANCE G-60, AS AMENDED, RELATIVE TO DETACSEO AO(BSSORX STRUCTURES (3012 LINCOLN) WHEREAS, an application has been filed requesting a variation from ti.e provisions of Section V(G)(3)(d) of the Oak Brook Zoning Ordinance, Ordinance G-60, as amended, to permit total reconstruction of an existing garage which is approximately 1.25 feet from the southerly side lot line and 3 feet from the westerly rear lot line; and WHEREAS, a public hearing on such application has been conducted by the Zoning Board of Appeals of the Village of Oak Brook on August 2, 1988 pursuant to due and appropriate legal notice; and WHEREAS, the Zoning Board of Appeals made explicit findings that the variation requested meets applicable sLandards of Section XIII(G)(4) of the Zoning Ordinance of the Village of Oak Brook, Illinois, Ordinance G-60, as amended. WHEREAS, the corporate authorities have considered the icommendation of the Zoning Board of Appeals and deem the foregoing requestea ariation to be consistent with the spirit and intent of the Oak Brook Zoning Ordinance, in light of the unique circumstances attendant to the subject. property. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE OF OAK BROOK, DU PAGE AND COOK COUNTIES, ILLINOIS as follows: Section 1: That the provisions of the preamble hereinabove set forth are hereby adopted as though fully set forth herein. Section 2: That a variation is hereby granted from the provisions of Section V(G)(3)(d) of the Zoning Ordinance of the Village of Oak Brook to permit replacement of an existing garage with no change in the exterior dimensions of approximately 18 x 20 feet. Section 3: That this Ordinance is limited and restricted to the property located at 3012 Lincoln, Oak Brook, Illinois, which property is legally described as follows: Lot 10 in the Westchester Park Resubdivision of parts of Westchester Park Subdivision in part of the East half of the Southwest Quarter of Section 25, Township 39 North, Range 11 East of the Third Principal Meridian according to the plat of said resubdivtsion recorded March 30, 1984 as Document R84-23065 in DuPage County, Illinois.
