OAK BROOK, ORDINANCE G-60, AS AlEMM (Andy's Steak House - 2205 22nd Street) WHEREAS, an application has been filed requesting variations from the provisions of Section XII(B)(2)(b), Section VIII(C)(4)(b)(1), Section XI(E)(3), Section XI(E)(7), Section XI(E)(9)(G) and Section XI(E)(9)(C) of the Oak Brook Zoning Ordinance, Ordinance G-60, as amended; and WHEREAS, a public hearing on such application has been conducted by the Zoning Board of Appeals of the Village on November 1, 1988 pursuant to due and appropriate legal notice; and WHEREAS, a recommendation has been made by the said Zoning Board of Appeals that the variations requested be granted; and WHEREAS, the said Zoning Board of Appeals made explicit findings that the variations requested meet the applicable standards set forth in Section XIII(G) of the said Oak Brook Zoning Ordinance; and WHEREAS, the President and Board of Trustees of the Village concur with the recownendations and findings made by the Zoning Board of Appeals; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE OF OAK BROOK, DU PAGE AND COOK COUNTIES, ILLINOIS as follows: Section 1: That the provisions of the preamble hereinabove set forth are hereby adopted as though fully set forth herein. Section 2: That a variation is hereby granted from the provisions of i Section XII(B)(2)(b) and Section VII(C)(4)(b)(1) to permit construction of a 60-foot second floor addition to the south of a non-conforming building which addition will project 51 feet into the required 60-foot side yard, but will not project further than the existing structure's present encroachment. Section 3: That a variation is hereby granted from the provisions of Section XI(E)(3) pertaining to parking space size and aisle requirements for non-office uses to reduce the required aisle width from 27 feet to 24 feet for 90 degree parking, to reduce aisle width from 17 feet to 15 feet for 60 degree parking, and reduce depth of 60 degree spaces perpendicular to aisle from 20 feet one inch to 16 feet. Section 4: That a variation is hereby granted from the provisions of Section XI(E)(7) to permit parking up to five feet from the south lot line and up to one foot from the west lot line of the subject property. gcti.on 5: That a variation is hereby granted from the provisions of Section XI(E)(9)(G) to eliminate curb and gutter requirements in the parking area. Section 6: That a variation is hereby granted from the provisions of Section XI(E)(9)(C) to iminate landscaping requirements throughout the parking area, as shown on the te� .ari,�repared by N.
