Gentlemen:
T am the owner of a lot described as follows: III
Lot 1 in Wendel Woods, being a I!
subdivision of part of the East
half of the Southeast quarter of
Section 35, Township 39 North,
i,
Range 11, East of the Third Principal
Meridian, according to the plat l
thereof recorded September 13, 1950
as document 604236, in DuPage County,
Illinois.
This lot was purchased by me in 1956. It is bounAn
one side by Bron4wood Cemetery and on the other sine
by a lot of similar dimensions on which a home has been
built.
I am interested in making my lot salable in
the light of recent zoning requirements. I would appreciate
it , therefore, if you would consider this letter an appli-
cation for a variation. ;I
I am also advised that before a building permit ! `
will be issued certain well and septic system tests must
be met. Will you please advise
1. tinder whose authority these requirements have
been promulgated and
2. Is there any possibility that these might -be
waived because of the particular location of
my lot as above described?
I
2
T would be grateful for whatever cooperation
in this matter you may be able to extend.
Very truly yours,

Attention: Frank H. Pearson
Building Inspector
Dear Sir:
Thank you for your letter of May 24, 1965.
In reply to your direction to be more specific
as to the type of variation requested, it is my under-
standing that at the present time there are minimum lot
requirements of W acre in connection with single family
residences. The lot referred to in my letter of May 19,
1965 is only 3/4 of an acre. I wanta variation which
would exempt my property from the -e acre requirement.
Very truly yours,
