As you know, this .s not within the Village
Limits and therefore the Planning Commission approval
is all that is necessary, but as a matter of record
it was also approved by the Village Board last night
at our regular monthly meeting.

Dear Mr. Mohlman:
last night the Planning Commissi�m received a peti-
tion from Mr. rank Soukup Frank relat--r:g to a variation
from the zoning regulations.
This variation requested that the total dedication
of 37th Place be set at 62' inst=ad of the required
66' , a;.d, that the pa•yement of 3-th Place remain at
the present 20' width instead of the required 22'
width.

the surrounding property owners a££irming their
approval for this variation. On testimon
by Mr. Wilbur I. Drake presented
attorney representing Mr.
Soukup, the Planning Commission agreed that this
request was equitable. The Commission, therefore,
recommends to the Village Board :hat this variation
be approved.
