Subject: Donation and/or receipt of bids for Surplus Village Property
Attached is an ordinance requesting approval to donate surplus computer equipment to
various school districts and not-for profit agencies. All school districts serving Oak
Brook were given the first opportunity to receive these items. At this time,District 205
(Elmhurst)is the only district interested in receiving some of these items. The remining
items will either be advertised for bid or disposed of as appropriate.

The Regular Meeting of the Board of Trustees was called to order by President
bushy in the Samuel E. Dean Board Room of the Village Commons at 7:30
p.m. Pledge of Allegiance was given.

The Village Attorney called the roll with the following persons
PRESENT: President Bushy, Trustees Butler, Caleel, Craig, Kenny,
McInerney and Savino.
ABSENT: None

Trustee McInerney rcminded people that again this year the Oak Brook Civic
Association, under the coordination of George Mueller, is sponsoring a
program whereby the Great Lakes Naval recruits are bused to Oak Brook on
Thanksgiving Day to area homes. If anyone is interested in sharing your
Thanksgiving Day with a recruit in your home, please contact Trustee
McInerney at 630-628-2444.

minutes of the Regular Meeting of October 12, 1999, as presented and waive (i
the full reading thereof. VOICE VOTE: Motion carried.
