1998. Costco Wholesale Corporation is requesting a rezoning from
ORA-1 to B-3. The ordinance is subject to the condition that the
developer take title to the subject property on or before December 31,
1998.
Motion by Ttastee Caleel,seconded by Trustee Savino, to pass
Ordinance 98-ZO-R-S-899, "An Ordinance Rezoning A Certain
Parcel To The B-3 General Business District(1901 22nd Street, Oak
Brook, IL 60523)",as presented and waive the full reading thereof.

1998. Costco Wholesale Corporation is requesting front yard setback
variations to rectify an existing building encroachment into the front
yard (40 foot permitted by a 1961 variation)of two(2) feet and for a
canopy which will also project to approximately thirty-eight (_s'
) feet
from the front lot line. The ordinance is subject to the conditions set
forth in Section 5 of the ordinance. it
