Pursuant to your direction, I have drafted the followir<g:
(1) An Ordinance Amending The Zoning Map Of The,Village Of Oak Brook wherein the northerly pares of
3824 York Road is rezoned from R-3 to B-3. Please note that the southerly parcel at this address Is
already zoned B-3. I draw your attention to the third and fourth'WHEREAS"d1 auses regarding the
Circuit Court and the Appellate rourt's characterization of the northerly parcel.
(2) An Ordinance Approving Deveiopment Plan And Authorizing issuance Of Certificate Of
Appropriateness,subject,to the contifflons set forth in Section 3,including the January 31, 19,99
(Rocca's purchase of the property)and', December 31,2000(substantial completion of the
improvements)sunset dates.
(3 Ordinance Granting A Special Use For A Drive-in Banking Facility.subject to the conditions set
forth in Section 3,including the January 31,1999 and December 31,2000 sunset dates.
(d) An Ordinance Granting A Flood Plain Special Use Permit Pursuant To Section 10-34 Of The Code Of
Ordinances Of The Village Of Oak Brook,subject to the conditions set forth in Section 3,including the
January 31, 1999 and December 31,2000 sunset dates.
(5) An Ordinance Granting Variations From The Provisions Of The Zoning Ordinance Relative To Yards,
Ground Signs, Fences And Loading Berths,subject to the conditions set forth in Section 3,including
both sunset dates.
