A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE FINAL PLAT OF SUBDIVISION
KNOWN AS ZUBI'S SUBDIVISION
(3719 and 3723 Madison Street, Oak Brook, IL 60523)
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission of the Village of Oak Brook on November 18, 2002,
recommended approval of the proposed Final Plat of Zubi's Subdivision as conditioned below, and
WHEREAS, the Village President and Board of Trustees considered the recommendations of the
Plan Commission and concur with the same
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE VILLAGE OF OAK BROOK, DU PAGE AND COOK COUNTIES, ILLINOIS as follows
Section 1. That the Final Plat of Zubi's Subdivision prepared by Allen D. Carradus and Associates
dated August 8, 2002, be and is hereby approved.
Section 2: That the approval of the Final Plat of Zubi's Subdivision as given in Section ;1 hereof be
and is hereby expressly subject to the following conditions
a) That the requested land improvements are waived; and
b) That the final plat be revised and approved by the Village Engineer

Section 3 That all other requirements, conditions and standards of the Subdivision Regulations of
the Village of Oak Brook except as waived or limited by this resolution shall be applicable to the
subdivision and development of said Zubi's Plat of Subdivision.
PASSED AND APPROVED this 14th day of January, 2003, by the President and Board of
Trustees of the Village of Oak Brook, DuPage and Cook Counties, Illinois, according to a roll call vote as
follows:
