WHEREAS, the Pl? .: Commission of the Village of Oak Brook on ]august 19,
1991, recommended the approval of the proposed Fab and 808 Resubdivisiont and
WHEREAS, the Village President and Board of Trustees have considered the
recommendation of the Plan Commission and concur with samep
NOW, TEMPORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE VILLAGE OF OAK MOK, DU PAGE AND COOK COUNTIES, ILLINOIS as follows:
Section 1: that'the Final Plat of Resubdivision known as PJS and SGS
Resubdivisi�on prepared by T'_.e Balsamo/Olson Group, Inc. darted July 12; 1991,
be and is hereby approved.

Sect ion 2: That submission of topographic maps and construction of land
.improvements are waived, except water and sewer connections shall be installed
at such time as a building permit is issued for construction on the subject
property.
Section 3: That all requirements, conditions and standards of the

Subdivision�Regulations of the village of Oak Brook except as waived or
limited by this Resolution shall be applicable to the subdivision and
development of said FJS and BGS*Resubdivision.
