WHEREAS, the Plan Commission of the Village of Oak Brook on October 16,
1989, recommended the approval of the proposed Keck Subdivision; and
WHEREAS, the Village President and Board of Trustees have considered the
recommendation of the Plan Commission and concur with same;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE VILLAGE OF OAK BROOK, DU PAGE AND COOK COUNTIES, ILLINOIS as follows:
Section 1: That the Final Plat of Subdivision known as Keck Subdivision
prepared by Bollinger, Lach & Associates, Inc. dated, as last revised,
October 7, 1992 be and is hereby approved.

Section 2: That the approval of the Final Plat of Keck Subdivision as ;I
given in Section 1 hereof be and is hereby expressly subject to the conditions
as follows:
I
1) That the water service for Lot 1 is installed at the time a building
permit is issued for improvements;
2) That a conventional public sanitary sewer main and services shall be
required as part of the subdivision public improvements; and
3) That the 10-foot rear yard public utility easement requirement is
hereby waived due to the fact that the rear portion of both of these
lots falls within Salt Creek.
Section 3: That all requirements, conditions and standards of the
Subdivision Regulations of the Village of Oak Brook except as waived or
limited by this Resolution shall be applicable to the subdivision and
development of said Keck Subdivision.
