A RESOLUTION APPROVING AN AMENDED
AND RESTATED FINAL PLAT
(YORKSHIRE GLEN OF OAK BROOK RENAMED
TO TUSCAN WOODS SUBDIVISION)
WHEREAS, the Village President and Board of Trustees of the Village of Oak B1
heretofore approved the Final Plat of Subdivision of the Yorkshire Glen of Oak Brook Subdivision
to the passage of Resolution No 782, passed and approved June 26, 2001, and
)ok have
pursuant
WHEREAS, the owner of the property In said subdivision has requested a modification in the said
plat which modification changes the name of the subdivision from the Yorkshire Glen of Oak Brook
Subdivision to the Tuscan Woods Subdivision and changes the name of Glen Court on said plat Ito Tuscan
Court, and
WHEREAS, the amended and restated plat replacing the plat previously recorded November 14,
2002 as Document No R2002- 312111, has "been reviewed and approved by the Village President and
Board of Trustees, I
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE VILLAGE OF OAK BROOK, DU PAGE AND COOK COUNTIES, ILLINOIS as follows I
Section 1 That the final plat of the subdivision entitled "Amended and Restated Plat of Tuscan
Woods Subdivision, formerly known as Yorkshire Glen of Oak Brook ", prepared by Nelson Land
Surveying, Inc as revised and dated February 27, 2003 be and Is hereby approved I
Section 2. That the provisions of Section 2 of Resolution R -782 shall remain in full force and
effect asi to the said subdivision and plat hereby approved, and said provisions are hereby ratified and
approved
PASSED AND APPROVED this 22nd day of Aprj 1 , 2003, by the President and
Board of Trustees of the Village of Oak Brook, DuPage and Cook Counties, Illinois, according to a roll call
