R-753 - 07/25/2000 - SUBDIVISION - ResolutionsGlen and RESOLUTION 2000- SD -PP -R- 753 A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE PRELIMINARY PLAT OF SUBDIVISION KNOWN AS YORKSHIRE GLEN OF OAK BROOK (4 Yorkshire Drive, Oak Brook, IL 60523) WHEREAS, an application has been filed for approval of a preliminary plat entitled "Yorkshire Oak Brook" resubdivision; and WHEREAS, the Plan Commission has considered the requested variations and preliminary plat; WHEREAS, on June 19, 2000 the Plan Commission recommended approval of the preliminary plat, subject to certain conditions; and WHEREAS, the Village President and Board of Trustees considered the recommendations of the Plan Commission and concur with the same, subject to certain modifications; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE OF OAK BROOK, DU PAGE AND COOK COUNTIES, ILLINOIS as follows: Section 1: That the provisions of the preamble hereinabove set forth are hereby adopted as though fully set forth herein. jSection 2: That the Preliminary Plat of Yorkshire Glen of Oak Brook prepared by Eddy - Resner Engineering, dated as last revised June 19, 2000 be and is hereby approved, subject to the following conditions: (a) That the normal requirement for construction of sidewalks is waived and a bicycle /pedestrian path shall be constructed along the entire Harger Road frontage; and (b) That the covenants to be submitted with the final plat of subdivision shall include provisions for the homeowners association to contract for enforcement of parking restrictions on one side of Glen Court and traffic laws as they apply to Glen Court, and (c) That a spotted survey of Lot 7 shall be submitted on or before submittal of the final plat in order to verify the location of the existing structure on said lot; and (d) That drafting corrections on the preliminary plat shall be corrected as directed by the Village Engineer PASSED AND APPROVED this 25th day of July, 2000, by the President and Board of Trustees of the Village of Oak Brook, DuPage and Cook Counties, Illinois, according to a roll call vote as follows: Resolution 2000- SD -PP -R- 753 Approving Preliminary Plat For Yorkshire Glen of Oak Brook, Page 2 Ayes: ;Trustees Caleel, Craig, Kenny, McInerney and Savino Nays: None Absent: Trustee Butler Abstain,- None : V-- Village President �.�•� � •ter nom - �rrY Legal Description yl 1: Lot 6 in Yorkshire Woods, a subdivision in Section 24, Township 39 North, Range 11, of the Third Principal Meridian, according to the plat thereof recorded November 14, 1947 as iment No. 534056, in DuPage County, IL. arcel 2: Lot 4 in Yorkshire Woods, a subdivision in Section 24, Township 39 North, Range 11, ast of the Third Principal Meridian, according to the plat thereof recorded November 14, 1947 as ocument No. 534056, and re- recorded as Document No. 535991, in DuPage County, IL.
