W!WEAS, SABDB<, J. RSPOHM, in his capacity as a member of the
Board of Trustees of the Oak ffiook police pension PYmd, has since 1872
spent considerable time working in that organization; and
1mwm, by his untiring efforts in such capacity he has
rendered outstanding service to the Village of Oak Brook and the citizens
thereof; and
IHOMBAS, the President and tin Board of Trustees are of the
opinion that 4 record of.such faithful service should be made and warmed
upon the records of said Village;

be and be hereby is owed for his faithful service to the Village
of Oak Brook and the citizens thereof..
