WHEREAS, there was duly appointed a Zoning Commission for the
Village of Oakbrook to hold public hearings are make recommendations
concerning a zoning ordinance for said Village; and
WAWAS, the said Zoning Commission) after publication in
accordance with the statutes made and provided, did hold a public
hearing on a proposed zoning ordinance; and
YdIOMS, the said Zoning Commission has recommended to the
President and Board of 'Trustees of the Village of Oakbrook the passage
of a zoning ordinance] and
WHRMM, after due consideration the said President and Board
of Trustees believe it to be to the best interests of the citizens of
the Village of Oakbrook to make certain changes and amendments to the
ordinance as submitted by the Zoning Board of Appeals;
NOW, 1BERE ORS, BE IT RESOLVED by the Preeident and Board of
Trustees that prior to the vote of the Board of Trustees being taken
thereon the ordinance, as proposed by the Zoning Cosed.ssion, be subjected
to the following changes, to -mitt
That in lieu of the page consisting of the Table of Contents,
sections vii to xi, and in lieu of pages Nos. 16, 25, 26, 28, 30, 31, 33,,
39, 41 to 57 inclueive, 65, 86, 93, 94, 95, 101, 103, 106, 107 and 308 '

there be substituted the similarly designated pagea�ttached hereto and ft &_q
by reference made a part of this resolution, and that there shall be added
between pages 57 and 58 the attached pages designated 57—a and 574.
Passed and approved by the President and Board of Trustees of
the Village of Oakbrook this 19th day of November, A. D. 1959.
