R-647 - 05/09/1995 - FINAL PLAT - Resolutions 44*7 RESOLUTION? 95-SD-R-647 A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE FINAL PLAT OF RESUBDIVISION KNOWN AS LOT 1 IN OAR BROOK INTERNATIONAL OFFICE CENTER SUBDIVISION (Inland Property Sales 2901, 2905, 2907 Butterfield Road) WHEREAS, the Flan Commission of the Village of Oak Brook on March 20, 1995 recommended approval of the Final Plat of Resubdivision of the subdivision entitled, "Lot 1 in Oak Brook International Office Center Subdivision."; and WHEREAS, the Village President and Board of Trustees considered the recommendation of the Plan Commission and concur with the same, subject to certain conditions; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE OF OAK BROOK, DU PAGE AND COOK COUNTIES, ILLINOIS as follows: Section 1: That the Final Plat of Resubdivision of Lot 1 in Oak Brook International Office Center Subdivision prepared by Hagensee Surveying Group, Ltd. and dated as last revised May 4, 1995, be and is hereby approved subject to the conditions enumerated in Section 2 of this resolution. Section 2: That the approval of the Final Plat of Resubdivision of Lot 1 in Oak Brook International Office Center Subdivision as given in Section 1 hereof be and is hereby expressly made subject to the following conditions: (a) Waiver of subdivision requirement for topographic surveys; (b) Waiver of subdivision requirement for public infrastructure improvements such as streets, sidewalks, lighting, stormwater facilities, etc. ; (c) Waiver of subdivision requiremet for side and rear yard easements; (d) Authorization of parking on the NIGas property adjacent to the south line of the new Lots 2 and 3 and on portions of new Lots 2 and 3 not containing the primary use or structure, subject to the recording of a cross easement agreement among the owners of new Lots 1, 2 and 3 for parking and the maintenance thereof in a form satis-factory to the Village Attorney on or before August 15, 1995. If said easement agreement is not so recorded in the time specified, this Resolution shall automatically be null and void without further notice. (e) Final engineering approval; and (f) Compliance with all other applicable regulations.
