RECOMMENDATION: That the Village Board approve, A Resolution Approving The Final
Plat of Resubdivision Known As Lot 1 In Oak Brook International
Office Center Subdivision"
This resolution approves a resubdivision of the so-called Inland Property from one lot to three
lots, subject to the conditions set forth in Section 2.

Trustee Shumate amended his motion to pass Ordinance 95-ZO-R-EX1-
S-802, "An Ordinance Rezoning a Certain Parcel to the B-3 General
Business District (SE 22nd Street & Midwest Road)", and modify
Paragraph 3 in the section entitled, "SIGNAGE CONCEPT', of the plans
to state: "Notwithstanding the foregoing, all signs on the south elevation
shall be uniform, illuminated with silhouette non-channel lighting and not
exceed 4'0" in height." Seconded by Trustee McInerney. ROLL CALL

The proposed ordinance is a Text Amendment to clarify yard setback ZONING ORD.
requirements for future redevelopment of lots generated by resubdivisions. j
The proposed ordinance affects both the Inland and Eastman Kodak
requests for zoning relief. In each of those cases, the applicant has
sought the subdivision of a zoning lot which contains two or more principal
buildings. In that circumstance, the ordinance provides that the required
yard shall be not less than 30 feet in depth. It also provides that existing
parking stalls and isles are permitted in required yards.
Motion by Trustee Shumate, seconded by Trustee McInerney, to pass
Ordinance 95-ZO-TA-G-554, "An Ordinance Amending Section X(B)(5) of
the Zoning Ordinance of the Village of Oak Brook", as presented and
waive the full reading thereof. ROLL CALL VOTE:

Village Manager Veitc,h notified the Village Board of a change in Section
3, subparagraph 1 of the Ordinance refers to a site plan dated February

construction. The cost sharing is 75% Federal and 25% Village. The PATWAY
Village will be liable for $23,145.50 of the Phase I Engineering cost.
Motion by Trustee McInerney, seconded by Trustee Savino, to approve
the Preliminary Engineering Services Agreement for Federal Participation
(pursuant to State law and Village Ordinance) with Civiltech Engineering,
Inc. for the York Road/Harger Road Bicycle/Pedestrian Trail project in the
not-to-exceed amount of $92,582.00. ROLL CALL VOTE:

as amended to read, "(d) Authorization of parking on the NIGas property
adjacent to the south line of the new Lots 2 and 3 and on portions of new
Lots 2 and 3 not containing the primary use or structure, subject to the
recording of a cross easement agreement among the owners of new Lots
1, 2 and 3 for parking and the maintenance thereof in a form satisfactory
to the Village Attorney on or before August 15, 1995. If said easement
agreement is not so recorded in the time specified, this Resolution shall
automatically be null and void without further notice.", and waive the full
reading thereof. ROLL CALL VOTE:
