RECOMMENDATION: That the Village Board approve,"A Resolution Approving The Final Plat Of Subdivision Known As Eastman Kodak Subdivision (1991 22nd Street)" The attached resolution approves the final plat of subdivision of the Eastman Kodak Subdivision,subject to the conditions enumerated in Section 2 of the resolution. I understand that there has been no prior subdivision for this property,as it is presently recorded as an Assessment Plat. ORDINANCE 95-ZO-SU-FP-S-804 AN ORDINANCE GRANTING A 0RD.95-7.0-S1J1-P- F—LOOD PLAIN SPECIAL USE PERMIT PURSUANT TO SECTIONS 10-34 S-804 AND 10-35 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE VILLAGE OF FLOOD PLAIN OAK BROOK, ILLINOIS (SEARS, ROEBUCK & CO. - SE ROUTE 83 AND SPECIAL USE 16TH STREET): (Sears, Roebuc' SE rZt- 83 and The proposed ordinance allows the construction of a culvert and various 16th St.) related elements crossing the Salt Creek tributary which runs through a portion of the Oakbrook Center Mail, subject to the conditions set forth in Section 3 of the ordinance. Village Manager Veitch notified the Village Board of a change in Section 3, subparagraph 1 of the Ordinance refers to a site plan dated February 24, 1995. An updated drawing has been submitted. A Grading and Flood Plain Plan, Drawing No. F1 dated April 24, 1995 has been submitted. Motion by Trustee Shumate, seconded by Trustee McInerney, to amend the Ordinance to include a charge in Section 3, subparagraph I of the Ordinance to include a Grading and Flood Plain Plan, Drawing No. F1 dated April 24, 1995 and pass Ordinance 95-ZO-SU-FP-S-804, "An Ordinance Granting a Flood Plain Special Use Permit Pursuant to Sections 10-34 and 10-35 of the Code of Ordinances of the Village of Oak Brook, Illinois (Sears, Roebuck & Co.)(SE Route 83 and 16th Street)", and VILLAGE OF OAK BROOK Minutes Page 5 of 11 May 9, 1995 1 A-
