Pursuant to the Village Board's direction of their August 22, 1995 ORDINANCE
meeting,the Village Attorney has drafted an o dinance granting a (3601 Adams Rd.)
variance from the DuPage County Stormwater Ordinance for the
Property at 3601 Adams Road. The owner has provided the Village
Engineer with a satisfactory impact statement which finds that the
subdivision will not have an undue,adverse impact on surrounding
property-
Motion by Trustee Shumate, seconded by Trustee Savino,to approve
Ordinance 95-ZO-V-DU-SWM+FP-S-833, "An Ordinance Granting a
Variance from the DuPage County Countywide Stormwater and Flood
Plain Ordinance(3601 Adams Road)", as presented and waive the full
reading thereof. ROLL CALL VOTE:
Ayes: 5 - Trustees Bartecki,Kenny,McInerney, Savino and
Shumate.
Nays: 0 - None.
